With a wealth of experience in the Hospitality industry, Lauren joined Evolve in 2015, eager to build a successful career in recruitment.

This drive led her to become a top-performing consultant, consistently exceeding targets and earning a reputation for going the extra mile.

But Lauren's ambition didn't stop there. She embraced every opportunity to expand her knowledge and expertise, actively participating in industry events and seeking out new challenges. This proactive approach, combined with her innate leadership skills, led to her well-deserved promotion to Recruitment Manager.

Today, Lauren leads our Graduate Medical Sales and Marketing and Pharmacist sectors with passion and expertise. She thrives on guiding recent graduates towards their dream role in medical sales, helping them navigate the exciting first steps of their careers. She's equally committed to supporting pharmacists in finding fulfilling permanent positions, understanding the unique challenges and aspirations of experienced professionals. Her dedication to providing tailored guidance and building lasting relationships has made her an invaluable asset to both Evolve and the candidates she serves.

Outside of the office, Lauren enjoys a vibrant life that perfectly complements her dynamic professional career. Her lifelong love for horses takes centre stage, with much of her free time dedicated to caring for her equine companion. This passion reflects her dedication and nurturing spirit, qualities that also shine through in her work with candidates. She also has a thirst for travel and exploring new destinations, bringing a global perspective to her work and life.
